Opt in to Text Notifications

Unlike phone calls, FCC regulations require that the recipient "opt in" to an automated text service before s/he can begin receiving messages. If you would like to be notified about school closings via text message, please do the following:

Send a text to 68453 saying SUBSCRIBE.

You should get a confirmation message in return.
